Downward dog...but with actual dogs. Puppy Yoga is coming to Betti's! Flow through a gentle class surrounded by adorable, adoptable pups from Alaskan Animal Rescue Friends (AARF), and help support their incredible rescue work. Please bring your own mat. We will only have a few extras available.

About the event
Betti's has partnered with AARF (Alaskan Animal Rescue Friends) to bring you yoga...with puppies. Find your Big Stretch with puppy kisses and start your morning supporting AARF and meeting their adorable, adoptable puppies. Your Saturday morning yoga class will begin at 10am with instructor Haley Hughes leading you through a gentle, hour-long session. Puppies will be free-roaming at this time, so you may have a furry friend keeping up with your Downward Dog! After class, Betti's will open to the general public for a continued adoption event with AARF. Invite your friends and family to join you once yoga has ended so they too can meet the puppies - and maybe take one (or all of them) home!
Please bring your own mat. Any of our extra mats will be on a first come, first serve basis.
Percentage of the proceeds will be donated to AARF to support their ongoing…
